Anti-social Policy

Basic Policy against Anti-Social Forces

1. GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively called “Our Group”) shall have no relationship, including business relationships, with anti-social forces.
2. Our Group shall firmly reject the unreasonable demand from anti-social forces, handle them systematically, and ensure the safety of our staffs.
3. Our Group shall cooperate with external expert organizations such as the police and lawyers to prepare for the unreasonable demand from anti-social forces.
4. Our Group shall take legal actions under civil and criminal codes on the unreasonable demand from anti-social forces.
5. Our Group shall avoid providing funds to, engaging in secret transactions with, or give other assistances to anti-social forces for whatever reason.
